By booking a PMU appointment, you confirm that:

Appointments are booked online only and confirmed after a 30% deposit payment.
One reschedule is allowed up to 72 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours result in loss of deposit.
You declare no medical contraindications and no previous PMU.
If you have old permanent makeup (done outside my salon), you must send a clear photo via my social media for evaluation before booking the appointment.
Late arrival over 15 minutes may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
No cash refunds are offered; corrections may be offered after evaluation.
