BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
FACE TREATMENTS
1. Booking & Deposit
A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
2. Cancellations & Changes
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
3. Late Arrivals
Late arrival beyond 15 minutes is treated as a no-show.
4. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions. The salon may refuse service if treatment cannot be safely performed.
5. Data Protection
Client data is used solely for service and booking purposes.
NAIL SERVICES
(MANICURE & PEDICURE)
1. Booking & Deposit
A 20% deposit is required for all bookings.
2. Cancellations
Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment.
3. Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or shortened service without refund.
4. Health Conditions
Clients must disclose any nail, skin, or health conditions. The stylist may refuse service for safety reasons.
5. Guarantee
A 3-day guarantee applies only to technical defects not caused by mechanical damage.
HAIRDRESSER
1. Booking & Deposit
A €50 deposit is required and deducted from the final price. The deposit is non-refundable in case of no-show or late cancellation.
2. Cancellations & Changes
Changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Later cancellations result in loss of deposit.
3. Late Arrivals
Arrivals over 20 minutes late may result in cancellation or a shortened service.
4. Pricing
Prices are indicative. Final pricing is confirmed before the service begins based on hair length, density, and service complexity.
5. Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 7 days and require an in-salon evaluation. No refunds are issued.
6. Safety & Clothing
Clients are advised to wear suitable clothing. The salon is not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable attire.
PERMANENT MAKE-UP
1. Booking & Payment
Appointments are booked exclusively online. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Without payment, the appointment is not confirmed.
2. Rescheduling
One reschedule is allowed if requested at least 72 hours before the appointment. Later changes result in loss of deposit.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance allow deposit transfer or refund. Later cancellations result in loss of deposit.
4. Health Declaration & Contraindications
By booking, the client confirms absence of medical contraindications and commits to informing the artist of any health changes. The salon is not responsible for complications resulting from undisclosed conditions.
5. Previous PMU
Clients must disclose any existing PMU before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
6. Contraindications
PMU services cannot be performed in cases including but not limited to:
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Active skin conditions or infections
Recent aesthetic procedures (minimum 4 weeks)
Blood disorders, autoimmune diseases, diabetes (medical consultation required)
Allergies to pigments or anesthetics
7. Punctuality
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
8. Complaints & Corrections
Complaints must be submitted within 14 days. Cash refunds are not provided. Corrections may be offered after evaluation.
9. Data Protection
Client data is processed securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
